My Color Advertising offers a range of marketing services, including but not limited to: strategic consulting, paid advertising, campaign management, marketing analysis, and training. Specific deliverables and timelines are defined in project proposals or quotations provided to the client.
3. Payment Terms
- Full payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Prices and service fees may vary depending on the project scope and platforms used.
- Payment notices for media buying budgets are issued separately.
- Currency conversion, where applicable, is calculated at 1 USD = 0.39 BHD.
4. Media Buying & Ad Account Ownership
- Budgets for paid media are determined collaboratively during planning.
- TikTok and Snapchat campaigns are paid and managed directly by My Color Advertising.
- Ad accounts created or owned by My Color Advertising—including any pixels or platform credits—remain the property of the company and cannot be transferred.
5. Confidentiality
All client data, strategies, and reports are handled with strict confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties unless legally required.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all creative assets, concepts, content, and analytics generated by My Color Advertising remain the intellectual property of the company.
7. Communication & Meetings
- We value effective communication and transparency.
- Meetings, calls, and reporting will be scheduled as outlined in service agreements.
- Additional requests or meetings beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
8. Termination & Cancellation
- Clients may cancel services with prior written notice based on agreed terms.
- Early termination of fixed-term agreements may result in full charges for completed work or discounts being reversed.
9. Service Availability
- Service availability may be affected by public holidays, emergencies, or travel.
- Any expected delays will be communicated in advance when possible.
10. Limitation of Liability
My Color Advertising is not liable for delays or damages caused by external platforms, third-party services, or force majeure events.
11. Updates to Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services or website implies acceptance of any changes.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
